2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register for Ovue, such as your name, email address, and date of birth. We also collect information about your menstrual cycle. This data is not shared with any third parties for the purpose of constructing or developing an advertiser profile, outwith Ovue, based you your usage of this app. We may also collect information about your device, such as your IP address and the type of device you are using.

3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide you with the best possible experience when using our period tracker app. This includes:
  • Customizing predictions based your usage of the app;
  • Providing personalized feedback and recommendations based on your data;

So that we can increase the privacy and data security offered by Ovue; after you register an account on the app, the data from your profile is stored separately from cycle data and your service settings. This allows us to ensure an increased level of privacy for your cycle information. Please note that when using Google login, Facebook connect or Apple sign-in, Ovue does not receive the password provided from said service.
Your data is transmitted between your device and Ovue’s servers using the HTTPS protocol for encryption. HTTPS is the same technology used to create secure connections for your web browser and is indicated by a padlock icon in the URL bar of your browser.

6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

· You have the right to request the data collected about you by the app.
· Should you wish for us to erase your personal data which has been collected by the app, this can be done upon request, in accordance with local laws regarding the necessary retention period required by law.
· Should you wish for us to adjust any personal data we have regarding you, you are able to request this change.

7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Age limitation for residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Due to legal requirements, we do not allow the use of the Services by residents of EEA or the UK younger than 16 years old. If you are aware of anyone younger than 16 using the app, please contact us at info@gogym.fit and we will take steps to delete such information and (or) delete the child’s account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. To learn what these changes are and how we continue to keep your information safe, please check this page. Should Ovue significantly change our privacy policy, we will inform you.
